All content on this website, including but not limited to 3D renders, CAD drawings, logos, text, graphics, and product designs (specifically the GRP-1 and associated mechanical systems), are the exclusive property of Vyce Industries and are protected by copyright, trademark, and pending patent laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on this site without our express written consent.
2. Pre-Orders and Waitlist
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee product allocation. The Founder Series is a limited, serialized production run. Allocations will be offered based on waitlist position and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Final pricing, manufacturing timelines, and shipping dates are subject to change.
3. Limitation of Liability
Vyce Industries provides this website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information included. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
